Because there's still a huge reservoir of "blue collar, down-home, country" sit-com material that "Reba" hasn't even begun to tap, TBS presents "The Bill Engvall Show."Based on his stand up act (of course), Bill Engvall plays a family therapist who is married and has three kids (why always three kids) and a dog. He gives other families (oh those wacky families) advice but seems to have problems giving his family the same advice (physician heal thyself -- Har Har Ha Ha Ho Ho Hee Hee).
