TNT is running a mini-series called The Company that traces CIA activities over a 40-year period, from the beginning of the Cold War through the demise of the Soviet Union. It sounds worth watching.
But, based on the previews run by TNT, it looks like the "company" referred to in the title is the Hair Club for Men.
